POLICIES - LASH SERVICES

* Please arrive with a clean face.  No undereye make-up.  Clean your lashes prior to arrival with a proper oil free lash cleanser (If you are a my client, please wash your lashes with NouMi Lash Spa Elixir)

DEPOSIT POLICY:
*Please remember a non-refundable deposit is required in order to book your appointment.  Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to your next appointment.  If you reschedule before the 24 hour mark, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.  Please bring CASH to pay your remaining balance.  Cashapp, Zelle, and Apple Pay are also accepted. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance.  NO CALL NO SHOWS (You didn't even have the decency to call or text and just not show up) WILL OWE THE ENTIRE BALANCE OF THE MISSED SERVICE. Cards are kept on file.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  

LATE POLICY: 
*There is a 10 minute grace period.  Any time lost, will result in your lashes not having the full look you desire.  If you are late, I will only be able to do what I can in the allotted time.  Each client is serviced to the fullest ability of the Lash Artist, based on the time she is given to perform said service.  

*Please enter the correct email address when booking as a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after booking with the location and appointment details.  PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!

*All clients MUST wipe their hands with hand sanitizer upon entry.  Your temp will be taken and if you are over 98.9 (low-grade fever), you will be asked to leave.  I WILL NOT SERVICE YOU.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  
*A mask MUST be worn correctly (nose and mouth included) at all times.  NO EXCEPTIONS! 
No EXTRA guest.  No KIDS.  
*If you are SICK or have been in contact with someone that has been infected with a cold or a virus, please respect the health of myself and my other clients and cancel your appointment.  
If you come and there are any signs of a sickness (sneezing, coughing, a sinus infection or allergies, etc. ), I will CANCEL your appointment.
